- Upgrades: Applied instantly after payment

Free Trial Period
We provide a free 30-day trial for all new users. No payment info required during the trial.
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime from the dashboard
- Account stays active until end of paid period
- No auto-renewal after cancellation
- Re-subscribe anytime
Refund Policy
Due to the instant digital service nature:
- Full refund within 7 days if service was not actively used
- After 7 days or upon usage, amount is non-refundable
- Persistent technical issues: refund evaluated case-by-case
Refund Method
Refunds are returned to the original payment method via Paymob. May take 5-14 business days depending on the bank.
